Returns

Products can be returned within 30 days for any reason.
There is a restocking fee of 10% that is waived if an additional order is placed.
If a product is defective, you must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
Our professionals will work with you to satisfy your needs. Please note that credits may take up to two weeks to process once product has been received in.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)

All products sold by eliteholidaydecor.com are under the full manufacturer's 1 year limited warranty. If a product is defective our goal is to correct the situation as quickly as possible.

If you notify us of any defect within the first 30 days of receiving your order, we will gladly exchange your defective product for the same product, provided there is still stock.
Keep all original packaging as you received it.
Products must be returned in the manufacturer's original packaging in "like new condition", and the carton must include all components and other items originally packaged with the product.

Limited 1 year warranty: Bulbs and tubes are guaranteed to light for one year of seasonal usage from the date of purchase. This warranty is void if light set is damaged by abuse, misuse, neglect, improper handling or storage, or if any of the identifying labels are removed. The defective product will be repaired or exchanged for a new product or a refund will be issued as determined.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
